Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing office assistants and expertise in BOLs paperwork and inventory paperwork. Responsibilities include supervising office assistants, handling BOLs paperwork, and managing inventory paperwork. Key duties involve inventory control, accurate documentation, forecasting, office supply management, and streamlining administrative processes.

Location: Porterville area| Compensation: $60K-$70K| Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6am-6pm (within) Benefits: Exceptional Benefits and PTO!


Responsibilities


  • Office supply management, and streamlining administrative processes
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Oversee and manage administrative tasks such as document control, recordkeeping, and data management systems
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments
  • BOLs paperwork and inventory documentation
  • Coordinate and organize office activities including staff schedule


Qualifications


  • High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree is preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • 3+ experience as an office manager
