Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator and Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and providing support to candidates and hiring partners. Additionally, you will leverage your sourcing skills to identify and attract top talent through various channels. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our recruitment efforts, improve processes, and play a key role in shaping our organizations talent acquisition strategy.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct proactive sourcing activities to identify potential candidates across various roles and departments, with a focus on passive candidates
  • Collaborate with the Talent Manager to develop effective sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions
  • Provide innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to drive a robust talent pipeline
  • Review and screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Facilitate background and reference checks
  • Utilize sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and boolean searches to identify and engage with qualified candidates
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with all stakeholders
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging journey that reflects our commitment to attracting top talent
  • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics with accuracy and timeliness
  • Partner closely with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to facilitate and streamline the interview process
  • Support Talent Managers with job and offer creation, as well as onboarding partnership and support
  • Support efforts to standardize and document the hiring process
  • Utilize your skills, tools, and data to guide candidates through a comprehensive recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Cultivate productive relationships with recruiting teammates and cross-functional partners
  • Develop scalable processes and resources to enhance efficiency while maintaining a personal touch
Requirements


  • Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills
  • Objective and adept at conflict resolution, seeking productive solutions to partnerships
  • Demonstrated accountability and a track record of taking ownership and problem-solving
  • 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically recruiting coordination and sourcing in a global company
  • Familiarity with a variety of tools, including ATS, HRIS, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn
  • Experience driving innovative process enhancements and supporting change management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities
  • Enthusiasm for process improvement and refining the experience for partners and candidates
  • Creative, curious, flexible, meticulous, and thoughtful approach to work
