The most qualified Jr. HR Generalist is resourceful and focused on supporting the HR department to ensure smooth and efficient business operations for the benefit of all Associates on behalf of the Company. The core tenets of HR certification are valuable in successfully fulfilling the expectations of this role. Having at least a working understanding of business operations, above-average communication skills, and proven success in a similar role following college are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead responsibilities for the HR website with third-party development oversight.
- Assist with administering company benefits.
- Support the payroll and operations processes.
- Maintain department recordkeeping.
- Assist with internal and external communication projects.
- Assist with the corporate recruiting function.
- Assist in identifying local and national regulations and employment laws that may impact Associates.
- Direct responsibilities in the oversight of the HRIS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR manager/director role

Required: current SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification.
The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided following applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $50,000/year - $60,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
