Hr Operations Coordinator-Full Time

Our client located in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Human Resources Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic healthcare provider.

The HR Operations Coordinator position is a temp to hire hybrid opportunity, reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager and is required to be fully onsite in Brentwood for the first two weeks of training.

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for HR daily support functions

•Working with various internal departments and vendors

•Managing employee onboarding and offboarding

•Maintaining and managing accurate records

•Producing reports

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree preferred

•Minimum of 2 years of HR experienced preferred

•Knowledgeable in employment law (state, federal, and local)

•MS Suite proficiency

•Excellent communication skills

•Exposure to an ATS system preferred
