What You’ll Be Doing:


We are looking for a Provider & Client Outreach Specialist to help us establish the Pre-Service Patient Support vertical of Grow Therapy. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of Outreach and Claim Specialists reporting directly into the Revenue Cycle Leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Explain billing to providers or deescalate upset providers/clients when their concern is a complex billing issues
  • Navigate eligibility responses and online payer portals to ensure accuracy when reaching out to patients for updated information
  • Manage ineligible coverage responses for upcoming appointments
  • Track errors reported by patients and the Billing Support Team and provide guidance how to answer a patient/provider question or how to best work a claim error
  • Update claim information when errors or corrections are identified


Salary range: $21-$30 an hour

  • Process-Driven : Highly organized, operational thinker, rarely leaving questions unanswered.
  • Tech-Savvy : Adept in chat, email, & phone communications.
