We are looking for an experienced Provider Services Associate to help support daily operations of our provider and therapist network. This includes supporting the Clinical Provider Success Manager in provider communications, provider onboarding, training success and ongoing education.

What you’ll be doing as Provider Services Associate:

• Assist with coordinating coverage needs.
• Support the tracking and managing of network performance.
• Work cross-functionally across Talent, Credentialing, Design, and Product to continuously drive improvement efforts.
• Serve as the administrative support to our clinical leadership team for clinical committee reviews, performance management, and special projects.
• Assist with development and dissemination of training materials and network communications.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Serve as a point person to address day-to-day provider and therapist operations issues.
