Lead Project Manager Jobs

Trust in Soda is partnering with a global startup, leveraging AI and computer vision to build next-generation platforms and solutions. In this Lead Project Manager position, you'll be delivering and overseeing key projects and leading a team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading technical projects, have a background in tech, and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure exceptional results.

What you'll do:

• Manage the product implementation and standardize/improve procedures
• Serve as the clients' primary point of contact, building relationships through addressing their needs efficiently and conducting demonstrations as needed.
• Delegate responsibilities and tasks across the team, overseeing resource allocation and optimizing the team members' strengths
• Facilitate and maintain communication channels between clients and engineering teams
• Manage and lead a small team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Document project deliverables, proposals, and reports

What you'll bring:

• Previous IT/Technical knowledge
• 5+ years in a Project Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as best practices
• Leaderships skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
