Project Management Lead Jobs

Elephant is looking for an efficient, organized Project Management Lead to manage large-scale interactive projects from conception and design to development and implementation. Project Management Leads at Elephant are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources while coordinating with different departments across multiple projects. They can consistently manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, and scopes—organization and attention to detail are essential.

What we'd like to see:

• Deeply digitally curious with an insatiable passion for the latest news, events, products, and trends.
• A strong understanding of web, social, mobile, and emerging technologies as well as the ability to develop and implement a project management methodology that involves a range of tools and tactics.
• Ability to manage both short and long-term creative-driven marketing projects with aggressive, fixed timelines and very high expectations.
• Demonstrated experience planning, scheduling, and producing project activities, applying creative/strategic thinking, and project management skills to satisfy project requirements.
• Experience conducting and leading kick-off and status meetings with clients, vendors, and the internal team.
• +7 years of experience
• Ability to create detailed project (creative, multimedia, etc.) requirements, including functional specifications and creative briefs
• Passion for delivering the best creative within schedule and budget.
