Job Description

Project Coordinator

I had an opportunity to touch base with a couple of the business owners of our strategic initiatives. I’m looking for someone more junior, but hungry for opportunity to grow into a bigger role, especially when we see these startup businesses take off. These products already have product manager, scrum master, business analyst.


Looking for someone with the following key responsibilities:

  • Cross functional support
  • Managing vendor invoices
  • Adhoc reconciliations and analysis
  • Manage project budgets, monthly forecasts, project timelines.
  • Pulling together executive level monthly meeting powerpoint presentations (not presenting)
  • Regular weekly reporting on project status and updates (management, PMO health tracking, etc)
