Bachelor’s Degree in Education, relevant technical, or science degree, or equivalent experience

Monitor training KPI trends and report to management on an ongoing basis.

Minimum of 2 years Leadership/Supervisory-level experience, with decision-making authority/responsibility.

Experience participating in Kaizen events

Oversee compliance to current H&M training processes. Manage the training processes to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Work closely with managers and supervisor to ensure training assigned is current and correct.

Have 8+ years of experience in training and instructional design project management;

Serves as an expert on program contract scope, operations, and management aspects of the program.

Have strong knowledge and experience applying adult learning principles;

Detailed knowledge of Section 508 requirements as applied to course design and development

Assists the program manager in managing contract performance.

Ensures that quality processes are developed in conjunction with client requirements.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability

Manage QA and training relationships with our partners in India and the Philippines

Manage relationships with our global partner centers to ensure that their call center operations align with our company policies and objectives.

Ensure that all call center staff are familiar with and comply with regulatory requirements.

Knowledge of quality measurement fundamentals.

Knowledge of training fundamentals in a call center environment.

Practical experience in planning, development, and operations of a project management office is an advantage.

Develop and Deliver Project Management Periodic Training

Provide Project Management Reviews to Ensure Consistency and Conformity

Support Project Management Communication and Events

Support Project Management of clients Internal Audit Process

Bachelor's Degree in education, healthcare administration, analytics or related field

Call Center Leadership experience a plus
