This position supports the CEO with communication, calendar management and other administrative functions. It manages projects assigned by the CEO and/or office manager related to strategic planning, operational improvement, outreach and partnerships and other executive projects. It assists in supporting the Hospital Board. Additionally, this position acts as the primary back up to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities
- Serves as representative of executive team & embodies that executive presence in all functions.
- Performs administrative tasks associated with these assigned projects including meetings, minutes, and communication plan.
- Supports the CEO with communication, managing calendar & other administrative functions.
- Manages projects assigned by the CEO and/or office manager related to areas such as strategic planning, operational improvement, outreach & partnerships, and other executive projects..
- Acts as the primary back up and supports the office manager.
- Helps support the Hospital Board.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Competent in PowerPoint.
- Effective & concise communication skills.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined above.
- Proficient grammar, writing & typing skills@@Can write to the level of representing the executive team in written communication.
- Knowledge of University policies and procedures and department guidelines.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required
- Four years of progressively more responsible health care or health plan related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, related field, or equivalency.
Qualifications (Preferred)
Preferred
- Master's degree in an area related to the program, or equivalency.
