As the Executive Assistant to the CEO with this government relations group, you will be the right-hand support to the CEO and Chief of Staff. You will be trusted to handle scheduling, expenses, and travel coordination, among other tasks and projects as assigned. About the Job:
- Prepare, draft, and edit internal and external communication materials including presentations and briefings.
- Organize and execute personal assistant duties when needed to provide well-rounded daily support to executives.
- Assist with special projects such as employee engagement events and advance work for the executive’s large-scale meetings.
- Provide high-level Executive Assistant support by maintaining a busy calendar, managing domestic and international travel coordination, and liaising on behalf of the executive.

- Degreed. You have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of professional experience in administrative and/or operations support.
