Position Summary

Lonely Ghost has an exciting opportunity for someone who can provide assistance to a global visionary, an international entrepreneur, and a fashion icon. This is an opportunity that does not come around very often, and the person who fills this role will have the chance to partner with our creative and inspiring CEO to support his day-to-day operations and dreams for the organization.

This position requires discretion, confidence, skills in organization, and the ability to communicate not only with the CEO but the Leadership Team and entire staff. You’ll get to know the CEO’s preferred style of scheduling, responding, organizational responsibility, and operational policies and procedures.

This role will be required initially to be in-office, work remotely, and meet onsite with the CEO. The perfect candidate would potentially have fashion, retail, or design experience, understands the sense of urgency in start-ups, and a thought partner with the CEO.

Essential Tasks Lonely Ghost is a fast-paced, innovation company, minimally this position requires someone who has experience and can:

  • Manage confidential information and act as a liaison with the rest of the team.
  • Manage and maintain CEO’s schedule and calendar of events.
  • Collaborate with potential partners, vendors, and international factories.
  • Work effectively in all things Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe.
  • Coordinate meetings, make travel arrangements and create agendas.
  • Understand project management vehicles like ASANA and communication via Slack.
  • Conduct clear and effective modes of communication, with a pro-active spirit.


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Confidence to collaborate, push back, insert industry experience, and advise CEO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5+ years of relevant experience supporting a CEO, Creator, Artist, or Entrepreneur
  • Industry networked colleagues, referrals, or recommendations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Some college or completed college degree in management, project management, fashion, marketing, or communication.
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to plan, coordinate, and track tasks effectively.


Pay range for this position is $70,000-$80,000/year based on experience. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus in addition to some company benefits. Personal time off is generous, and discounts are offered on merchandise to employees after a 90-day orientation process.
