Position: Program Manager, Client Partnerships
The Program Manager, Client Partnerships helps ensure company performance against client commitments, supporting both the Director and VP, Client Partnerships. This role will support collaboration with client(s) as well as internal teams to drive financial, operational, and clinical performance. Key responsibilities include health plan data analysis and coordination, project coordination, deliverables management and other needs as they arise. The Program Manager, Client Partnerships will be accountable for providing the “source of truth” reporting for key client KPIs and process adherence as well as analyzing, quality checking and researching inbound and outbound client data. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys interacting with clients via phone, email and zoom, has a natural ability to analyze and problem-solve, and has an adaptable personality to keep up in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Complete member research as needed utilizing Salesforce, data files, reporting and other potential internal systems
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Assist VP and Director, Client Partnerships with various administrative needs as they arise
- Review Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards for opportunities to improve operational performance
- Generate and share ad-hoc reporting
- Extract and troubleshoot data
- Oversee completion/sending of client deliverables under exact timelines
- Flexibility to recognize and improve processes and procedures where possible as they relate to client success
- Collaborate with internal clinical, data economics, IT, and operations teams as necessary
- Document requirements for client related initiatives and work internally to ensure timely completion
Position Requirements
- 3-5+ years’ relevant work experience in managed care, value-based care provider group, health plan or healthcare delivery
- 5+ years’ experience with program management, project management, or similar experience
- Detail orientation and data visualization skills
- Ability to work with internal and external clients at varying levels of leadership
- Experience working in high-growth environment preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powe BI, Salesforce, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
- Expertise partnering with internal departments to drive collaboration and results
