JustinBradley’s client, the largest global hospitality organization, is looking for an Hotel Programs & Partnerships Manager. This role will lead, develop and manage several aspects of key operational and commercial programs and partnerships across the disciplines of spa, wellness, recreation, retail & membership. The role will focus on building and socializing a library of tools and resources to support hotel operations and openings across spa, wellness, retail and membership.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead hotel outreach and collaboration with key property leaders to share best practices and gain feedback to inform new programs, partnerships and initiatives
- Create a framework for hotels to adopt partnerships and programs, including development of operational tools and resources, playbooks and presentations
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Create communications tools, presentations and strategies that socialize key partnerships and programs with senior leadership and hotel team members
- Continually evaluate success of programs and partnerships (service & financial); creating roadmaps for expansion and identifying new opportunities.
- Strong communication skills required to build and maintain relationships with vendors, supplier, key internal & external stakeholders and hotel teams.
- Manage multiple aspects of cross-functional projects from original concept through the final implementation.
- Provide hotel-level marketing and commercial support including (but not limited to), guidance on hotel websites, marketing and social media campaigns, reporting & analytics capabilities
- Provide hotel-level training and onboarding for new tools, programs and partnerships
- Lead ongoing review and action planning to support goals of the department.
- Perform various administrative tasks and any other relevant project support per request, participate in meetings, group activities and hotel visits as appropriate.

- High levels of curiosity and innovation intelligence
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Education: Four (4) year Bachelor’s degree
- Hospitality and/or wellness industry experience
