Job Description

My client is a leading provider in the payments and banking industry, dedicated to revolutionizing customer experiences through innovative rewards solutions. Their SaaS offerings empower Fintech and top-tier banks to drive customer loyalty.


As the Director of Partnerships & Marketing in the United States, you will play a vital role in managing merchant partner relationships across North America. Your focus will be on growing relationships with airline and hotel loyalty partners and driving the implementation of multi-year growth plans, along with leading major marketing campaigns.


The position is fully-remote for anyone located within the United States. Being in the Eastern Time Zone will be helpful!


Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing new partnerships that enhance the value of our rewards network. This includes overseeing the entire partner onboarding cycle, from negotiating win-win agreements and contracts to facilitating launches and designing innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Driving the financial performance of existing partnerships in North America to increase revenue and profitability, with a strong focus on Loyalty Partner relationships.
  • Shaping the company's corporate brand, marketing, and communications strategy across owned and paid channels in North America, strengthening our visibility and reputation as a technology leader in the rewards industry.
  • Cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers and functional leaders within partner organizations, identifying growth opportunities that benefit both parties.
  • Analyzing the performance of partnerships and marketing campaigns, generating insights, and providing clients with recommendations to improve performance.
  • Supporting the development of new products and strategic opportunities, including creating compelling sales narratives and collaborating with the Business Development team to attend industry events.


Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinking skills, understanding partner and consumer needs
  • Ability to identify and attain new business relationships
  • Proven ability to establish and manage relationships at a senior level, driving mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
  • Exposure to one or more of the following sectors: financial services, rewards and loyalty, technology, travel and retail
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and loyalty strategies across different consumer industries, regional payments and retail banking landscape, and digital marketing
  • Experience generating and executing marketing campaigns
