Summary:

We’re looking for a full-time, remote Community Manager who is obsessed with building relationships with our creators, vets & other industry partners & helping them succeed.

Our growth thus far has been fueled almost entirely by our creators & partnerships, so this role is the absolute most important function in our marketing stack. You will work directly with the founders to develop core strategies and more importantly, execute on them in order to continue scaling Viva!

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Create communication and marketing assets (ex: email templates, brochures) and design engagement campaigns
• Bring in new software & tools to make our partner outreach & management more efficient for Viva and delightful for our partners
• Engage with our creators & partners via DMs and email
• Build reports to measure partner performance & make adjustments / decisions based on the numbers
• Handle end-to-end onboarding of creators / partners & set them up for success
• Develop creator marketing strategies & execute on them

We’re looking for someone who has:

• An obsession with finding win-wins with our creators & partners—and understands the nuance of how to make the partnership successful for both parties
• High proficiency with G-Suite & ability to learn other software systems quickly
• A focus on execution and attention to detail. You’re not only good at coming up with new ideas but also enjoy carrying out each step of the plan to completion
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & team-working skills, including a proactive approach to process improvement
• Ridiculously good EQ & written skills, both when communicating with partners & with the Viva team
• Excel in a fast-changing & rapidly growing team, where no 2 days will be the same
• Passion for pets, nutrition, and helping our creators succeed!
• This role can be remote!

Strongly preferred:

• Experience working amongst a very small team
• Experience with creator marketing software stacks, Klaviyo, Shopify & other common e-commerce apps
• Already feeding raw / fresh food & is passionate about all things nutrition
• Has built out creator / partnership marketing strategies & executed them at another fast growing e-commerce company (even better if in the pet space!)

Compensation & Benefits

• $75-95K base salary
• Free food for your pets! (up to 40 lbs / month – this equates to $3,600 annually)
