Job description

As a Program/project manager, your primary responsibilities are to plan, coordinate, and oversee operations on company programs. Your duties are to assist with driving program features, timeline development, ensure production is on schedule, provide supervision from start to finish, and offer guidance to improve progress.

Responsibilities:

Drive program features and provide timely project updates

Work with internal stakeholders to define UI/UX requirements

Collaborate with multiple teams including product, engineering and business groups

Plan events focused on community and user groups

Agree and deliver to milestones in accordance to project plans agreed with stakeholders

Continually working to move projects to a successful completion in line with agreed timelines and deliverables

Regularly review the resource demands to meet the project requirements using resources proactively to ensure optimized resource usage

Reporting events that the Project Manager believes are relevant to the rest of the team at management / team meetings

Determine and document project deliverables, risks, timelines, and budgets

Required qualifications and skills

· 8+ years of experience as a program/project manager

· Must be highly organized and ability to multitask, managing multiple simultaneous tasks

· Must possess good technical acumen and ability to learn

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with Microsoft Office suite

· Project Management certification a plus

Education

Bachelors degree in a related field

Project Management certification a plus
