Job Summary


If you have strong program administration skills and are driven to support excellent employee experiences, we’d love to talk to you!  The Program Coordinator role will primarily support the global program owner and is centered on the ability to support the administrative aspects of Equinix’s new equitable talent interview and selection program. Day-to-day tactical aspects of the role will include monitoring global user trainings, scheduling trainings as wells as supporting employee communications and program adoption.


Responsibilities


Vendor Management


  • Responsible for managing the vendor(s) supporting Talent Acquisition solutions for your program (i.e. digital interviewing, recruitment marketing, job boards, social media, job boards, employee advocacy platform). This includes negotiating contracts, staying abreast of system enhancements, submitting enhancement requests


Program Management


  • Responsible for the design and built of one (or more) Talent Acquisition solution(s). This includes the selection of vendors, designing the solution and the successful implementation and adoption of the program (i.e. Digital Interviewing, Employee Referral, Talent Brand Management)
  • Identifies success measures and partners with the TA team and other stakeholders to ensure the success measures are met
  • Leads the training, communication and continuous adoption efforts
  • Responsible for solutions to pipeline and fill roles with limited talent availability or requiring unique skill sets
  • Runs regular reports for program(s) to measure progress and constantly seeks opportunities to improve the program
  • Successfully builds relationships and partners closely with other relevant functions (i.e. GTS, HRIS, HR Operations, Marketing)


Process Support/Optimization


  • Partners with HRIS on researching and resolving TA related systems issues
  • Plays an active role in driving change management for new initiatives that impact TA
  • Identifies program challenges and proposes solutions that improve the candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience
  • Responsible for driving data integrity and recommending and participating in implementation of on-going process and systems improvements
  • Plays an active role in driving change management for new initiatives that impact TA
  • Partners closely with recruiters to ensure that programs are adopted, processes are followed and talent acquisition tools are used - through education, advisement and availability of tools
  • Partners closely with recruiters on process and/or recruitment marketing questions
  • Provides global support, offers assistance to hiring managers, recruiters and candidates on basic through complex systems escalations (ATS, Digital Interviewing, Employee Advocacy)


SME/Consulting on Cross-Functional Projects


  • Acts as an SME on broader and cross-functional project team
  • Offers guidance and ensures that all efforts are aligned with the Talent Acquisition strategy


Audit and Compliance (Operations)


  • Supports requests for external audits and runs regular TA reports
  • Conducts regular regional internal audits and follows up on potential issues or gaps with regional TA team to resolve


Qualifications


  • Ability to establish and maintain strong internal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Good PowerPoint skills with ability to create & format compelling slides that will resonate with internal audiences and stakeholders
  • Support the execution of internal communications and change management
  • Monitor and report progress against program objectives and goals, using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • A strong customer service mindset as it relates to our employee population at large
  • Strong ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
  • Provide day-to-day functional deliverables and plans, including support of the training delivery plan of both live and digital training curriculums
  • Experience supporting a global program with complex administrative tasks, including assisting in the initial implementation and launch (short term) as well as ongoing adoption of the program (long term)
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and with minimal supervision
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to run pivot tables and v-lookups
  • 3 or more years of progressive, cross organizational program administrative support experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with executive leadership, cross-functional teams and third parties


The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:


  • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $94,000 to $149,000
  • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $102,000 to $162,000
  • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $85,000 to $135,000


Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.


This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.


The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
