The Strategy and Operations team within Commercial Incubations provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level business priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Difference You Will Make

As an Programs and Business Operations Lead, you'll work on projects focusing on product strategy, GTM (go to market) planning, and piloting new business models. You are experienced at structuring ambiguous problems, leading analytical workstreams, applying sound business judgment, and communicating complex issues effectively. In doing so, you will independently drive complex workstreams, collaborate with your counterparts in the various business and product functions, and present to senior executives within Airbnb more broadly.

A Typical Day

• Contribute to complex and time-critical projects for leaders by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized approach for resolution.
• Contribute to larger corporate initiatives both on an on-going basis and on an ad-hoc basis.
• Analyze and determine key insights from business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics.
• Communicate initiative findings to senior leadership by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways.
• Execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights.

Your Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.
• Familiarity with database query, statistical analysis, and/or SQL coding.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective problem-solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and deliver insights to broader team
• Outstanding spreadsheet modeling and presentation production skills.

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Pay Range

$160,000—$194,500 USD
