We are seeking a Business leader with a proven track record of driving successful integrated business planning and alignment in large, matrix organizations. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role, reporting into Senior Director Business Strategy and Planning, with accountability to deliver success across Annual and Always-On Business Planning.

Responsibilities

• Engage and partner with senior executives (up to VP level) to define annual and long-term vision, strategy, objectives, initiatives, priorities.
• Build repeatable mechanisms that will deliver organizational efficiencies, drive required pilots and scale to promote new ways of working.
• Build a world class framework that sets the bar for excellence in Business Planning framework, and scale across cross functional teams as needed. Continuously optimize the Integrated Planning Framework to deliver efficiency, operational excellence, and business agility across the CE&S organization. Build and lead leadership prioritization steering committee with senior executives and ensure proper business prioritization and approval of all requests. Ensure the framework provides a simple, fast, and efficient way for teams to quickly move requests to execution. Implement a digital strategy to automate and refine user experience end to end and deliver scale and efficiency across the business.
• Collaborate with and manage consulting partners as needed.
• Integrate framework across matrix organizations to drive a seamless centralized effort on Resource Design, Capacity Planning, Strategy Formulation, Go To Market, Comp Design, Change Management, Program Management, Landing and Field Enablement, Finance, Executive Leadership and more. Provide as the single source of truth and contact for all things CE&S planning. Empower organization to drive alignment upstream and downstream, facilitate formulation of business strategy that delivers against strategic priorities, and drive executive reviews, discussions, and decisions that ultimately seamlessly move strategic initiatives into global execution.
• Support the Senior Director Business Strategy and Programs with Business Planning and optimization that continues to establish our client as the world’s most customer centric organization.
• Facilitate prep for all executive planning sessions, manage timelines and submissions of key deliverables upstream. Deeply understand and continuously align strategy to broader business vision, mission, objectives, and establish mechanisms to measure KPIs that deliver against key results and monitor benefits realization.
• Partner across our client's cross functional teams, manage relationships, build a network of champions for the established strategy globally. Manage and continuously enhance cross functional relationships in a highly matrix organization. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader in Business Planning.
• Lead Annual Planning motion, facilitate annual strategy formulation and drive alignment with broader Sales, Ops, Industry, Business Development, Engineering, and Product teams. Lead Always-On Planning motion that ignites execution agility across CE&S, empowering teams to request, review, fund, resource strategic initiatives throughout the year.

Minimum Qualifications

• Razor sharp intellect, coupled with problem solving, judgment, decision making and strategic capabilities
• Understanding of industry business metrics, financial analytics, and proficiency with financial calculations
• Most recently in a Senior Manager role responsible for business and technology planning and or PMO.
• 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business discipline.
• High degree of numeracy, highly developed quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience in a complex multi-team and strategy fast paced business environment.
• Strong executive presence, proven experience with influencing senior executive leaders and being a trusted advisor on business planning.
• Minimum 8 years experience in Technology industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Most recently in a Director level role responsible for Business planning or Ops.
• 10 years experience in Technology industry.
• Masters in Business Administration.

Compensation Range

• $70-$72/hr
