Business Continuity Coordinator Jobs

Our client, a leading financial software company is hiring a Business Continuity Management Coordinator II to join their team in New York, NY!

**This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits & paid holidays**

As the Business Continuity Management Coordinator II, you will work with staff and clients to create long-term relationships and understanding of emergency contingencies, train and raise awareness about disaster planning and specific concerns and issues. Additionally, you will work with specific teams to organize plans, define roles, and test for compliance, test and evaluate crisis management and data recovery plans, and create, update, and implement lifecycle and disaster recovery plans

Responsibilities:

• Track program KPIs and update program dashboards
• Review third-party business continuity risk screenings
• Identify critical functions across the business and ensure that business continuity strategies are in place to reduce the impact of an incident or crisis
• Act as a partner for business continuity management for requests from Internal Audit, External Regulators, Customers, Partners
• Maintain Business Continuity program resources including training materials, exercises, shared risk assessments, and business impact analysis.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience with AWS and Google Workspace (docs, sheets, etc..)
• A./B.S or equivalent work experience
• Business Continuity Professional Certification
• Prior experience using Fusion Risk, Salesforce, or other business continuity software
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in the field of emergency response, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity
