Email Coordinator Jobs

Baked by Melissa is looking for an Email Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will work alongside our Email & Retention Marketing Specialist on the ideation, implementation and optimization of Email & SMS campaigns. This is a great opportunity for marketers looking to build their Email & SMS marketing skillset.

What You’ll Do

• Build & test creative for the Email channel
• Assist with email & SMS copy
• Build & test creative for the SMS channel
• Take an active role in helping to plan out the email & SMS calendars to support seasonal product launches and other brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative & marketing teams to request creative assets
• Make edits as needed in Adobe Photoshop
• Participate in team brainstorms for upcoming campaigns
• Help test Triggered Emails
• Pull reports to help team assess performance of campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Must be able to comply with Baked by Melissa Mandatory COVID19 Vaccination Policy. Accommodation granted for Religious or Medical needs.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or marketing automation platform (e.g. Klaviyo, Hubspot, Marketo) preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing preferred
