Operations Program Manager - F35 Production (On Site)

The Operations Program Manager is responsible for providing support for the F35 production program in the Endicott CAS business area. Efforts include but are not limited to:

• Hosting meetings internally and externally with the customer will be required in this role.
• The selected candidate will schedule, plan and lead Operations efforts to achieve success on assigned programs. Operations Cost, Quality and schedule are key aspects to the plan and execution.
• Being part of a multifunctional program team and supporting the PM to plan and successfully execute to program milestones.
• Labor planning, material flow and working with across multiple functions within Operations (Quality, Purchasing, Logistics) and the rest of the business (Finance, Programs, etc..)
• Monitoring and tracking labor hours actuals to target, identifying and driving closure to quality issues and improvements for the program.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Proven ability to lead teams and projects.
• Must have great communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Experienced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organization and multi-tasking abilities.
