Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of technology and solutions for retailers worldwide. Our best-in-class platform delivers innovative, turn-key solutions that empower retailers to grow sales and build loyalty while enabling brands to reach more shoppers through retail media networks.


Position Summary:

Our partner is a growing organization and is looking for an experienced Product Manager that will own the end-to-end consumer experience for app shoppers and develop the e-commerce capability for our retail partners. This role will develop and execute the consumer product roadmap and be responsible for its impact.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and help implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launch execution and adoption of new features
  • Form hypotheses and validate them through rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iteration, working with design and engineering to craft delightful user experiences
  • Turn company strategy into a prioritized roadmap of features that solve real customer needs
  • Uncover insights from analytics, user research, and use cases that come from cross-functional partners
  • Measure product performance and use it for future iterations and other duties as assigned
  • Serve as SME for common points of e-commerce integration (payment, OMS, Tax, etc)
  • Manage product development through the life cycle: ideation, design, implementation, and GTM stages
  • Assess common points of ecom integration to build a scalable, flexible e-commerce solution compatible with a suite of 3rd party fulfillment and deliver partners
  • Support in planning, prioritization, and critical build v buy decisions for the e-commerce line of business


Required Qualifications:

  • A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
  • Analytical abilities to frame the impact your work will have on users and business, and demonstrated ability to use rapid experimentation and validation to find product-market fit
  • 4/6+ years of demonstrated experience in consumer product management
  • Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style
  • Comfort employing a variety of product discovery methods


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for technology, curiosity to dive deep into our partner’s suite of technical products, and commitment to learning and expanding technical knowledge.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent job experience)
  • Experience with e-commerce product development
  • Experience operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment with a proven ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
