THE ORGANIZATION: Global Luxury Jewelry company
About the Role
Global jewelry company seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support Chief Executive, familiar with heavy calendar management to be the right-hand to the Chief Executive. This person will work closely with the Chief Executive’s EA and the family’s PA to provide administrative/personal support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Arrange travel, hotels, transportation, and other logistics for personal trips; prepare itineraries and coordinate reservations (hotels, cars, restaurant reservations, etc.)
  • Ensure travel and events fit into CEO’s work schedule, liaising with Family Office Manager
  • Travels with Executives year-round, offering real-time, location-based support (including but not limited to errands, doctor appointments, restaurant recommendations and reservations, etc.)
  • Reports into Family Office Manager, ensuring consistent coordination of the Chief Executive’s personal needs
  • Regularly update contacts list, mailing list, and holiday gift mailing list
  • Arrange personal appointments and events and follow up on behalf of the Executive and the family (guest lists, reservations, catering, etc.)
  • Run additional errands such as picking up meals, purchasing tickets to shows, performing personal and household shopping as needed
  • Partners with Family Office Manager and EA on weekly agenda and schedule for Driver(s)
  • Send reminders (text, email, and calls) to both the Executive and Personal Assistant regarding matters that must be attended to or calls that need to be returned
  • Coordinate personal projects/events in partnership with the Personal Assistant
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of C-suite level support required
  • Minimum 5-10 years professional personal support and/or executive support experience required
  • Able to protect confidential information, problem solve and meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and detail
  • Driver’s license and ability to travel with the CEO and/or the family on occasion
  • Sharp, polished and have a professional demeanor
  • Highly organized, a great multi-tasker and intense attention to detail.
  • Familiar with organizing private flight charters
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000-200,000
Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
