Executive Personal Assistant to Co-Founder - Real Estate! ($100k - $110k DOE)


The Co-Founder of a highly regarded real estate company is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant. If you are looking for a kind and supportive working environment in which you can thrive, this special opportunity may be the perfect fit for you!


In addition to the generous base salary, other perks include a comprehensive benefits package and an executive who is very respectful of your work/life balance. If selected for this incredible opportunity, you will be working full-time out of the Midtown office.


Daily responsibilities will include managing calendars, fielding phone calls, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, creating presentation materials, processing expense reports, and completing personal assistant tasks for the Co-Founder's family, including running errands, communicating with household staff, and assisting with his children's extracurricular activities.
