Job Description

Midsize hedge fund located in the heart of Manhattan, is seeking a poised, and pro-active and forward-thinking Executive Assistant with previous experience supporting a prominent executive out of a premier investment firm. Manage heavy calendar, organize both domestic and international travel, and act as a true "partner" and "right arm", allowing for executive's business to flow smoothly. Must be pro-active, with a strong sense of self, have excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in MS Outlook and Word. Base salary up to 150K with sensational benefits, bonus eligibility and opportunity for upward mobility. College degree required with 5+ years' experience.
