Job Description

Are you a solution oriented engaging, "able to accomplish anything" type of person? The Glasshouse, New York's premier event venue, seeks a personal assistant to work alongside the CEO.


As his "right hand," you will be responsible for engaging projects involving our venues and properties.


You will work 9 to 5 (but have a 24/7 mentality) and not be a remote worker. You will work with me, CEO, on many projects and be willing to learn and adjust to changing priorities.


In addition, you are a self-starter, NY savvy, capable of multitasking, detail-oriented, curious, emotionally mature, collaborative, trustworthy, and engaging to be around.


Our clients are the Who's Who of the corporate world, the largest non-profits, and individuals who are creating wonderful social events. You should be comfortable dealing with them.


Most important is that you should love what you do and enjoy coming to work every day.
