Gopuff is seeking to hire a People Operations Administrator to provide administrative and system support to our People & Culture Operations team. This role will be responsible for supporting HR compliance, auditing, and onboarding tasks.
- Routine employee profile maintenance and Workday onboarding support to ensure new employees are paid and taxed appropriately
- Provide an excellent customer experience by initiating effective communication and utilizing strong problem-solving skills to focus on the solution
- Monitoring and responding to onboarding questions from new employees
- Provide support in completion and auditing of I-9s, including processing E-Verify requests
- Generate and send Wage Theft Notices as required by state and local law
- Timely processing of Workday approvals
- Complete unemployment claims
- Advanced computer proficiency and working knowledge of G-suite and/or Microsoft Office including Sheets/Excel
- Workday experience a plus
- Precise attention to detail
- Comfortable working in remote/ distributed teams
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or administrative role
- Working knowledge of human resources practices
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
- Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
- Associate's degree or similar work experience
