Job Description
Gopuff is seeking to hire a People Operations Administrator to provide administrative and system support to our People & Culture Operations team. This role will be responsible for supporting HR compliance, auditing, and onboarding tasks.


Gopuff takes pride in creative problem solving and in-person collaborating to make quick and informed decisions. This role will have a hybrid work schedule, where you will be able to showcase your creativity and build strong relationships with teams in a cross functional manner three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) from one of our 8 hub locations!


Northeast: Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Washington DC; New York, NY


West Coast: San Francisco, CA; Concord, CA; Seattle, WA


Miami: Aventura, FL


You Will:


  • Routine employee profile maintenance and Workday onboarding support to ensure new employees are paid and taxed appropriately
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by initiating effective communication and utilizing strong problem-solving skills to focus on the solution
  • Monitoring and responding to onboarding questions from new employees
  • Provide support in completion and auditing of I-9s, including processing E-Verify requests
  • Generate and send Wage Theft Notices as required by state and local law
  • Timely processing of Workday approvals
  • Complete unemployment claims


You Have:


  • Advanced computer proficiency and working knowledge of G-suite and/or Microsoft Office including Sheets/Excel
  • Workday experience a plus
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in remote/ distributed teams
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or administrative role
  • Working knowledge of human resources practices
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
  • Associate's degree or similar work experience
