Payroll Administrative Assistant Jobs

A vacant position is opened for employment while you work from home which does not requires any necessary experiences to be successful within this position as we are willing to train the right candidate who is Trustworthy and Reliable and will handle the printing of our Co-Workers Payroll-Check and Dispatching them on payroll list of the company including few other payment methods.

All information pertaining to workers salary will be gathered and forwarded to Payroll assistant and ensure that this is accurately dispatched.
MATERIALS NEEDED FOR THE JOB
* A personal computer and a colored printer.
* Versa/Business Check Paper for printing checks
* Regular Brown Envelops size 9/12 .
* Self Adhesive Shipping Labels Sheets
NOTE: You will get reimbursed for the cost of the supplies you purchased to get started with your first salary.

Skills Required 👇👇👇👇
* Printing , Stuffing , Dispatching (must be at least 18+)
* Receiving funds through any other means to be re dispatch to franchise companies, workers that can't deposit checks or for any other assignment.
* Performing all tasks well before the pay run to ensure that staff members are compensated and notified on time.
* Performing other administrative tasks such as Making/Receiving Calls, Buying/ Mailing and Receiving gift items to be re-dispatch which comes with extra Bonuses.
