Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone contacts
• Track customer packages
• Provide customers with critical service and product information
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering world-class service to customers
• Process orders and enter data into the order entry system

Requirements

• Reliable wired internet connection with minimum required speeds
• Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime
• Quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace
• Ability to work entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset
• Conflict management skills and professional composure
• Understanding of computer systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
• Meet the employer's Remote Work Policy and expectations
• Participation in video calls using sound and video features
• 6+ months experience within a customer service-focused environment (preferred)
