I’ve recently begun working with a globally recognised executive search firm, who are looking for a number of partners to initiate growth and help build their colossal turnover of $34m a year across their 90 (and growing) headcount. However, it doesn’t stop there. Their next target is to hit $100m in revenue over the next 3 years.
Open to expanding existing verticals and developing new vertices, ideal candidates will have background inDigital and Technology; however, they are open to speaking with people from a range of backgrounds. Other areas their client base specialise in: Finance Services & Real Estate, Industrial & Automotive, Consumer, Retail & Leisure, Business & Professional Service & Private Equity.
The agency’s current trajectory and success stems from their extremely committed and motivated team, with the average partner billing $2.5m annually. It’s no surprise they see such success from their partners given the commission structure.
Threshold is 2x Base Salary and 50-80% on all billing thereafter.
The Role
Accountable for end-to-end/ full desk executive search recruitment
Origination & Execution responsibilities
Build trust with active clients.
The Package
Up to $300k Base Salary
50-80% commission structure.
Long Term Equity options.
Options to work remotely, 401k Plan & Health Plans
The Ideal Profile
5+ years Exec Search experience
Retained experience/ Origination focused
Strong Billing background; $800,000+ annual billings.
