As our XR Business Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our expansion efforts in the USA. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and lead a dedicated business unit in your respective country. This unit will operate under the LikeXR.com brand, working collaboratively with our existing team to drive business growth and secure new clients for XR projects.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the successful onboarding of new projects.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to attract new clients and opportunities.
- Collaborate with our XR development teams to tailor solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
- Set up and manage the LikeXR.com business unit in your country.
- Identify and engage potential clients who can benefit from our XR services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
๐ผ Qualifications & Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing successful business ventures or client portfolios.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- A solid understanding of virtual and augmented reality technologies and their applications.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship, ideally in the XR industry or related technology sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to take ownership of the business unit's success.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Legal ability to establish a business presence and operate in the USA.

During the probationary period, you will receive a share in your business unit, as well as a percentage of sales for each successfully closed project. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, a competitive salary will be offered.
