My client are looking for an incredibly talented executive to initiate growth across North American overseeing the Professional Services Practise. With a strong focus on Technology-driven industries, my client is committed to helping businesses thrive in an ever-changing Digital Kandscape.

They are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join their team as the North American Head of Professional Services.

This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving the technology vision, innovation, and execution across the organisation's operations.

The Head of Professional Services will play a pivotal role in shaping the practises' strategy, ensuring its alignment with business objectives, and positioning the firm as a leader in digital transformation within the executive search industry.

They are seeking the most high calibre talent to help grow the firm from an annual turnover of $34m across their 100 (and growing) headcount. Their next target is to hit $100m in revenue over the next 3 years.

The agency’s current trajectory of success stems from their extremely committed and motivated team, with the average partner billing $2.5m annually.

The Role

Accountable for end-to-end/ full desk executive search recruitment

Origination & Execution responsibilities

Build trust with active clients.

The Package

Base up to $250k

40-60% commission structure.

Long Term Equity options.

Options to work remotely, 401k Plan & Health Plans

Threshold is 2x Base Salary and 40-60% on all billing thereafter.

The Ideal Profile

10+ years Exec Search experience

Retained experience/ Origination focused

Strong Billing background; $1.5m+ annual billings.
