10+ years’ work experience addressing organizational change management projects for federal agencies

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred

Support the establishment of a Program Management Office (PMO) to guide the transition from SROC.

Support the management of communications between ASPR, SROC and other stakeholders (including the Service and Supply Fund Board).

5+ years’ work experience in federal human capital/human resource operations

Over five (5+) years of experience in change management and leadership development

5+ years of direct experience leading complex enterprise change management programs/initiatives with cross-functional impact in a change intensive environment

Experience building and leading a change management function

Lead the creation of actionable deliverables e.g., communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.

Build a Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) structure to ensure change results in efforts aligned to strategic actions.

Gather and manage feedback from users and management

Direct communication with the hiring manager, which allows us to move candidates through the interview process faster.

Experience developing new trainings, creating the content, and rolling the trainings out

Experience leading these efforts on a GLOBAL SCALE, preferably numerous rollouts

Communication across functions: SupplyChain, Sales, Finance, IT
