Office Assistant – Mount Pleasant, WI (Part-time 32 hours per week)

What would your role look like?


As the Office Assistant the main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the team at the Mount Pleasant site:


  • Receive and process mail and all incoming deliveries.
  • Supporting functional leaders with day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Assists with catering, travel accommodations, internal and external meeting, and corporate events.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.
  • Manage office supply inventory.
  • This is a newly created position. Duties and responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • These characteristics are normally acquired through a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 months of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail are required.
  • Must act with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) programs.


Working Conditions


Working environment is generally favorable and in an office setting Lighting, temperature and noise levels are adequate. Generally sedentary work, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of work time. On-call work may be required.


Physical Demands


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, use hands to finger, handle or touch objects, keyboard and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
