Responsibilities


Facilitate communication with subcontractors and suppliers during bidding, buyout and construction of the project


Maintain, track, and document project records


Organize and manage bidding software


Update and maintain project contact database


Aid in all phases of project close out


Tool inventory management


General office administration as needed


Qualifications


Collaborative attitude, professional, self-starting, organizational, productive, and energetic


Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office


Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high paced environment


Strong communication skills and attention to detail


High School diploma or equivalent.


Bonus but not required: College educated, extra certifications, leadership and community roles, personal and professional goals.
