Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and staff
  • Maintain documentation and lists related to building security and serve as first POC for visitors and deliveries
  • Responsible for conducting yearly fire drills, managing the EHS book, and all other related items in regards to EHS.
  • Help employees submit expense reports in Concur when needed.
  • Track, monitor, and update employee and manager lists for easy reference and documentation.
  • Responsible for receiving and sending CDRL's and DR's.
  • Cynthia Hardy (Facility Security Officer) at the beginning of every month.
  • Responsible for managing any FedEx related items in a timely matter.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly manager staff meetings to help relay critical information between staff and managers.
  • Facilitate be-weekly TACAIR meetings to help relay important information within the organization.
  • Responsible for updating the Seating Chart and Occupancy by Floor spreadsheet monthly or as needed. Responsible for facility-related items
  • Identify and participate in training related to job assignment and personal development.
  • Support Operating Unit leaders with the
  • Be timely in uploading I-9 documentation for new employees if not done prior to first day.

Basic Qualifications:

  • No Clearance Required
  • Good organizational skills
  • 1 year of Admin Experience Preferred
  • High School Diploma Minimum


Salary Range: $44,800 USD - $74,600 USD


Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
