These are Orbit’s core values and are lived by our team members each day A Day in the Life of the Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant is responsible for routine administrative tasks such as answering the phone, greeting visitors, processing deliveries, and maintaining an office supply inventory. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant may operate a company switchboard, assist with the purchasing process, order parts and supplies, update reports, sort, send, and pick-up mail for distribution, maintain logs and other spreadsheets, and support administrative functions as needed. What are the requirements for this position? 0-2 years of related experience Ability to type 50 words per minute Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications as well as ability to operate office equipment Ability to deal with people in a manner that displays sensitivity, tact, and professionalism Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize time and workload Are you qualified for this position?
