We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various office tasks as needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and provide them with a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, order new supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, room setup, and catering arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring that common areas and meeting rooms are organized.


Qualifications:


  • Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is desirable.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.
