America's Choice Insurance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing team. As an important member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties to maintain an efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and copying as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain and update customer information in our company database
- Previous experience in the insurance industry a plus, but not required
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- $15-$20 pay, depending upon experience
- Office hours are M-F 9AM-5PM (flexibility is available for this position- limited work from home potential once experienced)
