National Sales Director Jobs

Tremendous opportunity to join a US based manufacturing company as their National Sales Director. Our client has been in Texas for over 50 years, has a great reputation in their industry, and solid leadership who is driving the company forward. You will have the chance to make an impact by shaping and supporting the existing team, have a voice at the leadership table, and develop strategies to continue to grow clients.

*This is a Dallas based position working onsite M-F

What you will get to do:

• Domestic travel- 30% to various tradeshows, clients, and conventions
• Develop a sales strategy to support growth with existing and new clients
• Create and present sales reports to leadership
• Work closely with various departments such as marketing, product development, logistics, and engineering
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Work daily with leaders who have a clear vision for the company, want to hear your ideas, will support you as you learn the industry, and celebrate your team’s wins!
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Analyze customers, competitors, and the market space and share findings with internal teams and leadership to support your sales strategies
• Support, mentor, and grow a strong sales team

What you will bring:

• Proven leadership in motivating, developing, and leading a sales team
• Advance experience with Excel (must know pivot tables and vlookups), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Your 7+ years of B2B sales of products to clients
• A collaborative mindset and a high EQ
• BA degree required
