National Sales Manager Jobs

The National Sales Manager is responsible for achieving growth by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competitive status.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and providing solutions based presentation options.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its' strong presence in the utility locating market.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Aggressive hunter sales including independently prospecting, obtaining and developing new business leads.
• Forge strong internal relationships with other stakeholders.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience.
• 5+ years' experience in the utility industry and sales.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to close.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Must be attentive to detail and accuracy.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise in the utility locating market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work remotely and without direct supervision.
