Job Description

National Account Executive - Credit Unions


Location:Remote


About Constant

Constant is a fintech SaaS company that uses its Modern Loan Servicing platform to help credit unions grow loan volume, increase dollars collected, and scale without adding additional staff. We automate loan operations so credit union members can manage their loans entirely online. Our mission is to use digital self-service tools to make loan servicing frictionless, more enjoyable, and more human.


About the Sales Team

Our budding sales team has a team-first mentality. We take pride in winning and growing as a team. We are incredibly collaborative, innately motivated and invested in continuous learning.We are passionate about putting customers first, which drives a different sort of sale. You will be responsible for growing our credit union partnerships in a fast paced sales environment and educating prospects on the tenets of digital, self-service and automation for loan operations / servicing.


By month 1 you’ll

  • Maybe even close your first deal!
  • Have 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and meet with other key players
  • Attend comprehensive organization training and learn the Constant story, how we work and our goals for the future
  • Learn the buyer personas and formulate creative outreach
  • Shadow colleagues and start working on your own pitch
  • Experience an in-depth product training


By month 3 you’ll

  • Work toward hitting a fully ramped quota
  • Connect and consult inbound and marketing generated opportunities
  • Build pipeline through well-crafted prospecting messages
  • Prepare and present software demos and successfully guide prospects through the buying process
  • Master Constant’s product and have good understanding of the industry
  • Fully understand our internal ecosystem and be able to collaborate cross-functionally to provide a best in class sales process


By month 6 you’ll

  • Be crushing your quota
  • Drive complex deals from initial contact through close within a fast paced environment
  • Master sales and marketing practices
  • Work with your manager to identify a plan of continued growth
  • Bring your thinking, strategy and ideas to the team to advance our unique culture and vision for the future
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and provide accurate sales forecast through Hubspot


About you and what type of skills you’ll need:

  • Proven track record of quota achievement
  • Strong sales process fundamentals, business & sales acumen
  • Tech savvy and eagerness to learn new technology and practice
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience in financial services with a credit union focus
  • 4+ years of successful, full-cycle closing experience in a SaaS or fintech company
  • Ability to manage complex deals from inception, navigating legal & procurement to close
  • Experience in fast-paced and high growth companies
