Job Description

Hub-scale is retained on a VP Sales project with a Series A, international start-up expanding across to the US.


This is a 'first man on the ground' position, with a plan to hire 3 more hires out the gate + a strategic plan to grow the region significantly. We need someone who is not afraid to knock doors down, capable to build out a team & had previous success in the security space (a must).


Overview:


  • Understands Enterprise -> SMB market
  • Security background / Ideally from Threat Intel, ASM, Risk Management
  • Experience building out regions within a start-up environment
  • Must have 15+ years in sales / sales management
  • Build strategy for the Americas region & work closely with execs
  • Experience in hiring, coaching and developing teams


We're looking for someone who has had experience in a start-up & knows how to grow businesses.
