SO, WHAT'S THE STORY?
You are an analytical and inquisitive ecommerce professional with a passion for site optimization and strive to deliver best-in-class digital brand experiences, stories, and consumer journeys to keep people coming back for more. You are highly collaborative and as part of the e-commerce team, will work alongside regional ecommerce merchandising teams and global product teams to drive and implement short term and long term CRO strategies. This role, you will have a significant impact on our company by leading the optimization of our homepage, product pages, content pages, and our sales funnel.
THE GIG
- Proactively communicate upcoming tests, changes, results, insights, and learning. Craft an ongoing story to share your team's progress against targets.
- Understanding of front-end technology such as HTML, CSS, Monetate capabilities, etc to be able to work with designers and developers and to help debug tests
- Manage the end-to-end experimentation process, including hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, results measuring, and pivots based on learnings and share proactive analysis and communication to senior leaders
- You will drive an always learning, highly innovative and data driven approach to everything the CRO team does, instilling a forward-thinking mindset and translating high level product ideas into achievable product backlog features
- Develop and own onsite AB testing & personalization processes across Americas sites to improve conversion and support delivery of financial forecast
- Continuously innovate, thinking of new ways to drive engagement and ultimately conversion with a 30, 60, 90-day testing roadmap
- Key Point of contact for onsite testing & personalization, working alongside the EMEA CRO team and global product team, will champion winning tests with a globally aligned approach to testing and enhancements to conclude the hypothesis and meet ROI
- Create conversion optimization strategies using both qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews) and quantitative (traffic source analysis, web analytics tools) sources for short term and long term CRO drivers
- Partner with finance, marketing, analytics and supply chain to develop and execute merchandising tests.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital Product, Frontend Developer and UX/UI Design to improve customer journeys for a best-in-class onsite experience and find opportunities using a range of research methods to give us a better understanding of our customers’ goals, needs and behaviors
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
- Understanding of front-end technology such as HTML, CSS

- Analytical, methodical mind-set with an interest in data, goal driven, and solutions focused.
- Adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Solid knowledge of CRO, Analytics, GA, Optimize, Monetate, Google Data Studio, Data, Research, Conversion Rate Optimization
- Ability to work at a standard computer set up 40+ hours per week, with or without accommodations.
- Process Improvement, regional eComm teams with digital support (ProjectA, Ayata, Global Digital)
- Thorough knowledge of effective DTC ecommerce growth strategies including marketing automation, UX/UI testing, site merchandising, personalization, SEO, and digital marketing
- Strong detail orientation, organizational, and documentation skills with the ability to prioritize a varied workload.
- Experience in website optimization and creating a best-in-class consumer experience across digital channels
- General knowledge of content management systems and data analysis tools (knowledge of Hybris and Google Analytics preferred but not required)
- An understanding of Agile working methodology, experience beneficial but not essential
- Vendor Management, managing the relationship with our 3rd party merchandising tools
- 4-6+ years’ experience in an E-Commerce role.
- Proven autonomy and confidence to present test results to senior leadership
