The Opportunity


Our Zulily corporate headquarters is in Seattle, WA, and this position is available for hybrid work in WA. You will report to our Manager of Customer Marketing.

We are looking for customer and business-oriented marketer to help grow the Influencer category of our affiliate marketing program. You will participate in the building and execution of program perks and incentives for influencer partners, as well as aid in influencer recruitment and communication. You'll join a team of marketers who are working to rapidly scale influencer marketing as a performance marketing channel, with the expectations that it will be an important source of organizational growth for the foreseeable future.

As part of Zulily's Influencer Marketing Team, this Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overall administrative support of our Influencer program. You will work with our Influencer Marketing Manager to ensure the success of our several influencer functions, including product gifting and all influencer-facing communication. You will support cross-functional relationships, including collaboration with our Merchandising to support high-priority events and campaigns.


Your Impact


  • Monitor influencer's metrics to provide feedback and improve their performance.
  • Create partner-facing content like FAQ pages, creative briefs, and content guidelines'
  • Stay informed of influencer trends to identify new opportunities and platforms including Facebook, Twitch, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Demonstrate a testing mindset to improve how we communicate and activate influencers.
  • Develop and maintain an influencer content calendar to track influencer postings and content creation.
  • Engage with influencers daily as their primary support contact.
  • Inform influencers about our latest deals, offers, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Partner with the Creative team to develop engaging concepts and digital assets.
  • Partner with Merchandising to support onsite events and campaigns.


What You Bring


  • Understanding of MS excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Experience analyzing data to make decisions
  • Understanding of social media platforms and working knowledge of influencer marketing principles
  • Experience in targeted offers strategy, eCommerce or Lifecycle Marketing
  • 1-2 years of related experience with marketing or specific channel (Brand, Customer Acquisition, Lifecycle)
  • Experience managing large data sets
  • Highly organized with demonstrated experience in creating enterprise level workflows and processes
