Job Description

Our retail client is looking for a self-driven individual to join their team as an IT Manager! Working directly with senior leadership team, this role will be a highly visible position in driving critical IT and operational initiatives and fostering the scale of the firm. In this role, you will handle all aspects of the technology stack and provide support and guidance to all members of the team.


This is a hybrid role and is based in Ridgefield, WA.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, technology vendors and service providers.
  • Supervise the IT team to implement and maintain the organization’s technology needs.
  • Develop, document, and implement systems, operating procedures, and security policy for the organization.
  • Create and maintain business intelligence solutions to organize, control, and evaluate needs, including access, security, integrity, and performance of servers and cloud systems.
  • Stay up to date, research, and implement new technology and software advancements as needed.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Research, communicate, and present complex data and concepts in user-friendly ways.


Requirements:

  • At least 7 years experience working in IT operations: administering local and wide area networks, Windows server administration, VoIP systems, VMWare cluster administration, and Okta identity management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with leading teams.
  • Knowledge or proficiency of the following: Okta Identity and Access Management, Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, SharePoint 2013, PowerShell scripting and VMWare.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Business or computer related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
