We are looking for talent with a growth mindset to join our Creative Operations team as a Senior Manager, Digital Ordering. This person will be a self-motivated problem solver with a comprehensive understanding of how to solve complex problems across Marketing and Technology organizations using Product Owner frameworks and tools.
As a senior manager, Digital Ordering, you will...
  • Working knowledge of developing content or campaigns in Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management systems. Ability to support the team to develop greater efficiency and unlock innovation within these marketing technologies.
  • Support the Digital Ordering team in practicing Agile and Product Owner methods that drive continuous incremental value and efficiency.
  • Lead the Digital Ordering team through successful seasonal product launches and frictionless menu experiences in our mobile app, Starbucks.com, Uber Eats and DoorDash channels.
  • Support the growth and development of a high-performing team of program and deployment managers.
  • Partner with Marketing and Technology teams to develop long-term strategic roadmaps for the Starbucks menu domain to impact business OKRs.
  • Build durable relationships across Marketing, Product and Technology organizations to forge innovative paths toward continuous improvement for our Digital Ordering platforms.
We’d Love To Hear From People With
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Agile Product Owner or HCD Certifications a plus!
  • 6+ years of progressive experience as a product owner or program manager
  • 6+ years experience working across technology and marketing organizations
  • 4+ years of management and team development experience
